Waterproofing Agents
For applications which require waterproofness, N type GOHSENOL is recommended.

N type GOHSENOL is inherently waterproof. Its waterproofness can be notably enhanced with heat treatment. The higher the heat treating temperature, the better the obtained waterproofness.
In the cases of A or G type GOHSENOL, a waterproofing effect can be obtained by using a waterproofing agent.

As with N-type, the higher the heat treating temperature, the better the waterproofing effect. As waterproofing agents, glyoxal, dimethylol urea, and trimethylol melamine are recommended.
